Founder Mary Corkins has worked in the business of healthcare for more than twenty years. She understands the details. Mary has experience supporting reimbursement processes from the perspective of all stakeholders: Providers, Manufacturers, Payors, and Patients.
After the sale of St. Francis Medical Technologies in December 2006, she established The Reimbursement Group (TRG) with the goal of providing superior reimbursement services for new technology products entering the US marketplace. It’s about establishing access to healthcare.
Over her career, Mary has successfully lobbied to create policy for coverage in many specialties including cardiology, ENT, neurosurgical, orthopedic, ophthalmologic, and woundcare. Our goal is to deliver and support an attractive reimbursement landscape on behalf of our new technology clients.
Ms. Corkins holds a Master’s of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Toledo, a BA from Michigan State University and has formerly held certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders.
